Cara Untuk Claim
Sepanjang saya menceburkan diri dalam bidang Insurans / Takaful, ini merupakan perkara yang selalu ditanya oleh prospect atau client. Macam mana nak claim?..Berapa lama boleh dapat claim?..Cepat ke lambat?...senang ke susah?...dan sebagainya yang berkaitan dengan claim.
Kami di PruBSN Takaful begitu komited mengenai claim.
Berikut antara cara-cara membuat claim dan beberapa contoh claim untuk rujukan anda.
1- Claim Online (Bil dan Elaun)
Perkhidmatan Hospital Alliance Services (HAS) iaitu claim online terus dari hospital ke PruBSN, anda tidak perlu membayar bil terlebih dahulu, akan hanya berkuatkuasa pada bulan ke 4 bermula dari tarikh polisi (tarikh pada medical card). Ini bermakna, client perlu membayar dahulu bil dan caj perubatan sekiranya dimasukkan wad pada 3 bulan pertama daripada tarikh polisi, tidak kira sama ada masuk hospital panel atau tidak. Kemudian, semua laporan perubatan, bil dan resit asal pembayaran perlu diserahkan kepada PruBSN untuk bayaran semula (reimbursement).
Namun, sekiranya client dimasukkan ke hospital Panel PruBSN disebabkan kemalangan parah, HAS boleh digunakan terus tanpa menunggu 3 bulan. Diingatkan, hanya kemalangan sahaja.
Sekiranya claim menggunakan perkhidmatan online (HAS), anda hanya perlu membawa Medical Card PruBSN ke hospital panel, dan tunjukkan medical card anda kepada kakitangan hospital bahagian kemasukkan pesakit akan mereka menguruskan selanjutnya. Sekiranya terdapat sebarang masalah, anda perlu menelefon agent anda dengan segera. Sebagai langkah bijak, anda dinasihatkan untuk memaklumkan kepada agent yang anda dimasukkan ke hospital. Ini bagi membolehkan agent anda sentiasa dalam keadaan bersedia sekiranya berlaku sebarang masalah ketika masuk atau keluar hospital.

2- Reimbursement Claim (Bayar dulu, Claim kemudian)
Sekiranya anda masuk ke hospital yang bukan Panel PruBSN, anda juga boleh menuntut bayaran bil hospital, akan tetapi, semua bil tersebut perlulah diselesaikan terlebih dahulu, dan barulah anda tuntut ke PruBSN.
Sila maklumkan kepada agent anda, bagi membolehkan agent anda menyediakan borang laporan perubatan untuk diisi oleh Doktor yang merawat bagi tujuan tuntutan bil perubatan.
3- Claim Elaun Hospital / Elaun ICU & Elaun Bedah tanpa claim bil (Bil claim dari syarikat majikan atau insurans lain)
Sekiranya majikan anda menyediakan perlindungan perubatan untuk anda, anda boleh menuntut semua elaun yang layak (Elaun Hospital, Elaun ICU, Elaun Bedah, Elaun MC disebabkan kemalangan) kecuali bil rawatan.
Caranya mudah sahaja, pihak PruBSN hanya perlukan laporan perubatan daripada Doktor yang merawat anda dan salinan bil perubatan bagi tujuan pengesahan bilangan hari dan jam anda ditahan di wad. Salinan ini penting kerana sekiranya anda ditahan diwad selama 2 hari dan 6 jam atau lebih, anda layak untuk mendapat elaun hospital berdasarkan 3 hari.
Borang laporan perubatan boleh didapati daripada agent anda atau di mana-mana cawangan Prudential seluruh negara.
4- Claim Accident (Medical/ MC)
Sekiranya berlaku kemalangan kecil dan anda hanya mendapatkan rawatan diklinik, bil caj rawatan boleh dituntut daripada PruBSN. Dokumen yang diperlukan adalah bil dan resit asal serta sedikit laporan daripada Doktor yang merawat mengatakan bahawa caj perubatan tersebut adalah disebabkan kemalangan. PruBSN akan membayar semula tuntutan tertakluk kepada ko-takaful 10%.
5- Claim Kematian Biasa (Natural Death)
Untuk tuntuan kematian, sekiranya bukan disebabkan oleh kemalangan, pemegang polisi yang meninggal dunia tidak semestinya memerlukan bedah siasat. Ini kerana, laporan Doktor yang lengkap boleh digunakan sebagai rujukan berkenaan sebab kematian dan perkara-perkara yang berkaitan.
Sekiranya kematian berlaku, waris hendaklah memaklumkan kepada agent atau PruBSN mengenai perkara yang berlaku. Seterusnya, agent akan menguruskan dari segi penyediaan dokumen dan sebagainya.
Oleh itu, adalah amat penting bagi setiap pemegang polisi, anda dinasihatkan memberitahu adik-beradik atau saudara-mara dan kawan-kawan bahawa anda mempunyai perlindungan takaful dari Prudential BSN Takaful, dan sekiranya berlaku kematian, mereka boleh memaklumkan sama ada kepada agent atau PruBSN.
6- Claim Kematian Kemalangan (Accidental Death)
Sama keadaannya seperti di atas. Namun, bagi kes kemalangan, biasanya pihak polis akan mengarahkan pihak hospital membuat bedah siasat bagi memastikan kemalangan yang berlaku bukan disebab pemegang polisi berada dalam pengaruh alkohol atau ada unsur-unsur jenayah dan sebagainya.
7- Tempoh Tuntutan
Tempoh tuntutan bergantung kepada jenis tuntutan dan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk membuat tuntutan. Berdasarkan pengalaman saya, sekiranya semua dokumen tuntutan telah lengkap, biasanya dalam masa 3 atau 4 minggu akan dapat cek daripada syarikat. Namun begitu, ia bergantung kepada kes-kes tertentu. Sebagai contoh, tuntutan elaun hospital biasanya lebih cepat daripada tuntutan disebabkan kematian, atau pampasan sakit kritikal.

My Special Special is ready to go
Each morning, I wake up and instead of lounging lazily, snuggling with my baby, we rush out of bed and into the bathroom. (And here I thought potty training would make my life easier...) Even before hes done peeing, it starts: "Go, go go! Toot, toot! Go, go, go!"
Hes incessant. He pushes on my legs, leans his whole 25 pound mass against me, and urges me, "Go, go, go!" He isnt satisfied until Ive set up all three of his train tracks, and put the appropriate battery-powered engine on each track. Then, he sits back and sighs in relief because all is right with the world.
For the next twelve hours, those little engines will chug around their tracks dutifully. Throughout the day, hell go back to them and play for a bit, then hell wander off. But if I dare to turn them off, even for a few minutes, hes right back at it, "Go, go, go! Toot, toot!"
I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a "Talking Thomas" train engine the other day. Now, the soundtrack of my day consists of, "Im Thomas, the number one blue engine!" and "Cinders and ashes!" Then theres this one: "My Special Special is ready to go!"
Perhaps if Id ever watched Thomas the Tank Engine, I would know why he says such a thing. But I havent, and I dont. Instead, I can only wonder what on earth a "Special Special" is. And, it could be that Im slowly losing my mind as a result of the never-ending train noises in my house (or as a result of the anxiety attacks I feel coming on hourly as a result of my completely unresponsive real estate agent...but thats a story for another day), but every time I hear, "My Special Special is ready to go," I cant help but hear some kind of weird, sexual innuendo. But, on the bright side, it makes me giggle every time!
P.S. Sorry for my long absence, friends. Life has gotten the best of me these past few weeks, but Im back. Hopefully for good!
P.P.S. Thanks to aforementioned trains, we now go through four batteries a day. A day! Ill give you one guess what the only thing on my list for Santa will be this year...

Review: You know the song that says "This is Halloween, this is Halloween?" Well, thats how I feel about this tape. The opening theme blew me away the first time I heard it. It has a somber, Dark Ages quality, but its been filtered through the charm of a Casio. To me, those minor notes capture a sense of mischief and mystery like nothing else. After the forty-nine second melody ended I immediately skimmed through the whole recording wanting more, but it only repeats again at the tail end.
As far as I can tell, the tune has no name, and theres no known writer or performer. Its as though the essence of the season was mystically forged onto magnetic tape. A couple years after I bought the album I heard the same music coming from a battery-operated jack-o-lantern in a Wal-Mart (back when it still had a dash in the name). It was another Fun World product, leading me to wonder if it originated with the company. As far as Im concerned, this is the "Jingle Bells" of Halloween. If only I can convince my family to play it at my funeral.
No sound effects could live up to that musical intro in my mind, but theres a lot that I appreciate on Thriller Chiller. It opens with crickets, the universal night song that is surprisingly absent on the majority of Halloween tapes. Once a woodland setting is established, a series of terrors are ushered in. While the common practice is to thrust the listener into mayhem, Thriller Chiller rolls out the scares as though youre following a path and encountering each fright one by one. Theres a loose "stormy, monster-infested forest" theme (Although that doesnt explain the recurring sound of high heels on a smooth floor.)
But that name� why would Fun World give a superior new recording the same name as their previous sound effects album� an album that used stolen audio from Horrible Sounds of Halloween which was stolen from Halloween Horrors. Its possible that they got into legal trouble. Its also possible that they just wanted to be able to use the packaging interchangeably...
My other theory is that Halloween sound effect tapes rank so low on the collective care-o-meter that nobody involved was willing to invest an extra shred of time or creativity. These albums are intended to be as ephemeral as the sticker on a rotten banana, or the cardboard you wrap around a disposable coffee cup to keep from burning your hand. Furthermore, understanding this fact of life is a healthy way of thinking that will prevent one from spending precious money on obsolete relics of yesteryear, or wasting hours listening to people who are now long retired, pretend to be monsters, or typing thousands of words that amount to a guessing game about what happened thirty years ago, with no real evidence to stand on. But thats just a theory.

Need for Speed: Undercover is a nice racing game. The plot is interesting because rather play as a wannabe street racer. Need for Speed Undercover also features the series signature car customization, real-world damage and realistic driving physics. The game includes some of the hottest licensed cars such as the Audi R8, BMW M6 and Lexus IS-F. This is the first game in the Need for Speed Franchise that I have played, and I am super happy that I decided to get it. It originally came in a pack with other NFS games that were more like real racing. This game is quite old but i still play it sometimes but once i used be addicted to it.
Need for Speed Undercover PC Games
The selection of cars on it especially the Bugatti Veyron and other sport cars and the muscle cars the graphics needed improvement the controls of it was ok but they could be a better a bit better. This game was awesome just loading it up. It had great graphics and effects, and setting up the plot with a police chase was cool. The best new feature this year is the driving engine.

Terdapat beberapa teknik presentation. Antara yang popular, simple dan sangat berkesan adalah 2 lines presentation. Ada juga yang mahir menggunakan konsep 5 lines presentation atau Life Line presentation.
Ok, sebelum saya teruskan kita kena fahamkan PRESENTATION FLOW DULU.
Apa objective kita buat presentation nie?..kena fahamkan objective dulu supaya apa yang kita present tak lari dari tujuan asal.
Pada saya, tujuan presentation ni adalah :
"Nak bagi prospect atau client faham 3 perkara utama....
1. Kenapa perlu ada perlindungan kewangan takaful. Bahasa mudahnya "kenapa perlu takaful?"
2. Apa yang PruBSN Takaful boleh offer kepada prospect atau client.
3. Kenapa perlu sign up sekarang"
So, ini 3 perkara utama tujuan kita buat presentation. Keyword yang paling penting kat sini adalah NAK BAGI PROSPECT FAHAM....sebab apa? Sebab, berdasarkan pengalaman dan kajian saya, bila prospect faham, baru diorang sign up....so, closed deal...
Ok, kat bawah nie, saya share sikit proses flow nak sign up...
So, kesimpulannya..."SELLING BY ASKING"...dan jangan " SELLING BY TELLING"...kerana kalau kita asyik telling, nanti kita akan banyak bercakap daripada banyak bertanya.
So, ini CLOSING FLOW yang anda perlu faham. Then, untuk present pulak...ada flow lain.
Saya ada develop satu teknik untuk presentation yang mudah dah (pada saya berkesan la...orang lain saya tak sure). Teknik presentation saya adalah :
" MASUKKAN AIR DALAM BOTOL"
Kenapa masukkan air dalam botol pulak?...Ok, mcm nie cerita dia. Sebelum tu saya nak tanya anda semua, berikan 3 cara masukkan air dalam botol yang tertutup dan tutup semula?...so, 3 cara mudah...
1. Bukak Penutup
2. Isi air
3. Tutup
So, 3 cara mudah. Kenapa macam tu?
1. BUKAK PENUTUP
Saya analogi kan prospect macam botol yang tertutup. Maksudnya minda dia macam botol yang tertutup. Sebelum kita nak bercerita pasal Takaful or pasal perancangan kewangan atau apa2 pun yang kita ingin sampaikan supaya dia faham...kita mesti bukak MINDA dia dulu. So, bayangkan, kalau kita tuang air ke dalam botol yang bertutup...boleh masuk tak air?..so, tak masuk dan tumpah. Penat je kita tuang, silap2 kena lap lagi sebab dah basah air tumpah. Kan tambah kerja lagi.
So, pertama sekali, kena bukak minda mereka. Sebelum kita present. Kita kena tahu sama ada prospect kita nie +ve atau -ve dengan takaful atau insurance atau 50-50....maksud nya atas pagar.+ve pun tak -ve pun tak....So, kita kena convert mereka supaya jadi +ve dengan apa yang kita ingin sampaikan nie....
Step ini juga saya panggil "Pre-Conditioning"...sebab kita nak tune mind set prospect supaya sedar akan kepentingan ada perlindungan kewangan takaful...atau bahasa yang lebih mudah, dalam step nie, kita kena fahamkan...
"KENAPA ANDA PERLU ADA PERLINDUNGAN KEWANGAN TAKAFUL"...
"NANTI SAMBUNG...ada kerja nak kena settle..panjang lagi nie...tapi amat menyeronokkkan...tunggu ya..."
